International Partner Meeting in Šibenik, Croatia – Advancing Eco Patrols in 24 Zones e-game
From 27 to 29 June 2026, project partners gathered for an international meeting to continue the development of the educational e-game “Eco Patrols in 24 Zones”, originally created during the previous project. Over the course of the three-day meeting, partners focused on three key areas that will further strengthen the educational value and impact of the game. The first task was the development of the Educational Usage Plan – a practical guide that will support facilitators, teachers, youth workers, and educators in using the game in schools, youth exchanges, workshops, and other educational settings.
Partners also worked on designing real-life challenges that will be integrated into the game. By connecting digital gameplay with real environmental actions, these challenges will encourage young people to engage with environmental issues in their local communities and turn learning into meaningful action. In addition, the consortium discussed technical improvements and updates that will enhance the user experience and make the game even more interactive, accessible, and effective as a tool for environmental education.
The meeting brought together 15 participants, with three representatives from each partner organisation. Alongside the productive working sessions, the meeting provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen cooperation within the consortium, exchange ideas, and prepare for the next stages of the project.By combining innovative digital learning with real-world environmental action, the partnership continues to develop educational resources that empower young people to become active and responsible environmental citizens.
